These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Ewhite Beauty to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Ewhite Beauty, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

SPECIAL OCCASION BOOKINGS
MAKING A BOOKING
Booking a makeup application can be made up to 1 day before if places are still available. Booking is fully secured upon email confirmation of payment of a deposit. Your appointment may be cancelled at any time without a deposit. All makeup appointments require a non refundable $60 deposit, and require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then the cancellation fee still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given. Please note that if you have to postpone your booking due to Covid-19 restrictions or lockdown your deposit can be transferred to your new date if available, otherwise a credit will be applied to you for a future booking.

PAYMENT
All deposits are paid securely online through my online booking system. Payment types on the day of appointment include direct deposit, eftpos or cash. Should direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to email ewhitebeauty@outlook.com a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.
Please note that all eftpos transactions have an additional surcharge.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS
If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify myself in accordance with the details listed in the services above. At that time, I will reschedule your booking.

TRAVEL
Ewhite beauty is not always available for mobile appointments. However, a travel fee is applicable when travelling to locations outside of our studio for group bookings. All other appointments are conducted inside Ewhite Beauty makeup studio in Bray Park.
WEDDING BOOKINGS
To secure your wedding date a $150 booking fee is to be paid. Upon receipt of payment of this deposit, your booking is confirmed. This is a non refundable fee and will cover the cost of your makeup trial. Bookings require a minimum of 5 makeup applications for artist to come onto location.
We are honoured that you've chosen us for your big day! When contacting us to book in your wedding, please remember to include:

--- Any extras that may need to be included
*All bridal bookings require a trial, so please keep this in mind when enquiring.
DEPOSITS
Booking fee: $150 (non refundable) - covers the cost of makeup trial
50% due within 1 week after trial
Remaining 50% due a week prior to wedding date
Please note that deposits are non refundable and a minimum of 8 weeks notice is required to cancel your booking. If less then 8 weeks notice is given an invoice will be sent out for any remaining balance owing.

PRICING
Pricing for weddings is charged at a flat rate per person. The price includes false lash application and touch up.

MAKEUP TRIAL
Trials must be completed at least 8 weeks out from your wedding day. If you do not do your trial within 8 weeks of your wedding date an invoice for 50% of your wedding total will be sent through. This must be paid or you are at risk of losing your booking. Please get in touch via email to book your wedding trial if you have already paid for your trial as your first deposit. A makeup trial is $150 and is conducted in my studio space. If you are not happy with your makeup trial or I feel I am not the perfect makeup artist for your wedding day, any payments made will be refunded less the initial trial fee.

TRAVEL FEE/PARKING
All wedding bookings will incur a travel fee. Travel is charged at $1 per km. The client is responsible for payment in the event that any hotel and street parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the booking.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION
No reduction in the number of makeup applications are allowed after the initial quote is accepted. Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accommodated where possible. In the event that you need to postpone your wedding due a lockdown or Government restrictions, your wedding will be moved to your new date if available. If there are no current restrictions in Queensland and you decide to postpone your wedding this will be classed as a cancellation and a new booking fee will need to be paid to secure your new date. If you are postponing your wedding due to the vaccination status of you, the couple, your guests or other vendors this will also be classed as a cancellation and again a new booking fee will need to be paid.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Ewhite Beauty requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Ewhite Beauty have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Ewhite Beauty reserves the right to take photographs or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.
